Job Description

• Our client is need of an Operations Manager who would play a key part in the management of the team and oversee high-level HR duties.
• The person would also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency

Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be expected to:

• Give the company inspiring leadership.
• Make critical policy, planning, and strategy choices.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Aid in the promotion of a workplace culture that values excellent performance and morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 - 7 years Operations Management experience
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
• Capability to create consensus and partnerships among managers, partners, and workers
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Solid financial management knowledge
