Job Title: Team Lead, Learning & Development

Job Description
- Responsible for the overall management of the Training Team
- Identify client's training needs by consulting with stakeholders and conducting needs assessments.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop growth strategies and plans on how to generate revenue for the training arm of the Business.
- Prepare and send bespoke proposals to clients for training projects.
- Manage a robust Pipeline of Facilitators for all courses.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness for clients, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Develop customized training products to address clients’ learning needs.
- Monitor program implementation progress and gives input where necessary based on quality improvement.
- Ensure that monthly progress report, and quarterly progress report is prepared and shared in a timely manner with the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / Master's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
