Job Title: Car Wash Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing automobiles and performing related services in an automatic car wash: Inventories supplies, such as detergents, brushes, and tire-blacking compound.
• Quotes prices to customers desiring such services as automobile waxing and polishing.
• Accepts payment and makes changes.
• Supervises personnel engaged in polishing and washing automobiles or parts of vehicles not washed by an automatic mechanism.
• Resolve customer complaints
• Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.
• May participate in washing, polishing and other services during peak periods.
• Drive revenue & growth by following company procedures.
• Ensure opening and closing times and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor and perform chemical inventory as needed.
• Perform weekly vacuum, vending and general supply inventory review andrequests.
• Manages inventory/ordering via online, by email, or by fax as appropriate.
• Carry out weekly and monthly reporting.
• Personally, handle customer enquiries or issues.
• Foster a team environment.
• Anticipate, prevent, identify and solve problems as necessary.
• Comply at all times with Company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient car wash operations.

Job Requirements

• OND, HND and its equivalent.
• Professional conduct and presentation.
• Warm and friendly disposition with a ‘can do approach’.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
• A great team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Mechanical knowledge.
