With over ten years of establishment and experience, we have published (mostly) curriculum based textbook from Pre-School to Senior Secondary School level.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers
• Monitoring of petty cash expense report
• Ensure all expenses are within assigned/approved expenses
• Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals etc.
• Ensure account receivables and payable activities are performed accurately and timely
• Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
• Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.
• Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
• Update financial records with recent transactions and changes
• Identify and resolve Invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Updating of daily bank payment
• Preparation of staff pension and payment schedule
• Oversee of daily activities
• Support the finance managers with projects and tasks when required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
