Job Title: Field Coordinator

Location: Island, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for field Coordinators who possess the willingness to visit the field and interact with workers and clients as well as the ability to perform other functions in the organization.
• Helps field coordinators understand the work being performed and the resources required to boost worker productivity
• Meeting the demands of multiple field services or projects.
• Understanding the principles of customer service and how to apply those principles.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating and managing work schedules
• Overview of quality and performance of work according to project specifications.
• Generate project reports summarizing field worker hours.
• Interact with clients and receive feedback regarding the quality of work performed.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and hear complaints without becoming defensive.
