Job Title: Sales Travel Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for detail-oriented sales travel consultant to assist our customers with their booking needs, and market all our travel products and services.
- You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking flight tickets and hotel rooms.
Job Description
- Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air and ground transportation reservations.
- Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.
- Sell travel products like flight ticket, tours/holidays and insurance and provide detailed advice on routes and destinations.
- Converse with customers to determine travel dates and financial considerations.
- Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.
- Using Amadeus GDS and other reservation systems to check availability and booking.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them to sales.
- Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization by meet up with sales target.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Work with impressive attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of GDS is a must for this role; Amadeus or Galileo, please do not apply if you don't have knowledge of any GDS.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
