We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide the right mix of human resource support services in line with the company’s policies. Review and implement HR systems, policies & procedures in functional areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration in the company.
• Management of an up-to-date, accessible, and accurate Employee Filing System.
• Management of employee records and database
• Handling employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary issues.
• Support initiatives geared towards creating a safe, healthy, and happy workplace such as open-door policy, pieces of training, and safeguards that promote safety and security at the workplace.
• Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Support and follow up on the implementation of the Performance Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
• 0 - 2 years previous or similar experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to influence, inspire and motivate people who are not directly under your responsibility
• Must be proactive and have good Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
