Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Locations: Apapa, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Eko, Victoria Island, Lekki & Yaba - Lagos
Job Role
- End to end management of Customer Interactions within the Banking Hall. This involves up-selling and cross-selling of NIB products and channels;
- Ensuring that content of the correspondence, service levels and resolution of customers’ issues handled are in line with the Bank’s ethics, tone of voice policy as well as meets customer experience SLAs.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of OND / NCE in related course of study.
Key Requirements:
- Not above 35 years
- Vibrant candidate
- Good appearance
- Great communication skills
- Great presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should have basic digital business knowledge.
- Willing to learn and unlearn.
- Candidate should have the ability to close a sale comfortably.
Salary
N40,000 plus commissions and benefits.
