Job Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to work with the CEO at Greoh Studios.
- The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail oriented and dedicated.
Responsibilities
- Record notes and messages for the CEO.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and events/engagements.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform as a liaison between the employer and household staff if need be.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO as necessary.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointment scheduling.
- Read and write correspondence in mail or email form.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant studies.
- Proven experience working as a personal assistant is required.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and social skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
- Able to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a time.
- Extremely tolerant, patient and able to work long hours.
