Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to work with the CEO at Greoh Studios.
  • The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail oriented and dedicated.

Responsibilities

  • Record notes and messages for the CEO.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and events/engagements.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform as a liaison between the employer and household staff if need be.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO as necessary.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointment scheduling.
  • Read and write correspondence in mail or email form.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant studies.
  • Proven experience working as a personal assistant is required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and social skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Follows instructions clearly and accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  • Able to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a time.
  • Extremely tolerant, patient and able to work long hours.
