Job Description
- Responsible for network performance improvement.
- Responsible for frequency planning & tuning/PSC planning/UTRAN optimization.
- Responsible for in-depth drive test log analysis and high level solution recommendation.
- Responsible for GSM/UMTS network troubleshooting/analysis and problem resolution.
- Responsible for customer support for network bottleneck resolution.
- Responsible for High level in-depth performance analysis.
- Supervision of SBC/field engineers.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Professional Qualification & experience: Bachelor degree more than 4 years or master degree more than 2 years work experience of communication, electron and computer .
- Produc Skill: Familiar with Huawei or E/// GSM/UMTS RF RNP & RNO, be able to do network Audit, maintenance, optimization and KPI Improve and give training to local staff.
- Professional Skill: Familiar with GSM/UMTS basic theory, deep knowledge on call signaling flow, and has ability to analysis network issues speedily.
- Language: English or French as work language.
- Leadership Qualiies: Have good communication and team-cooperation skills
- Visa: STR or work permit
