Job Title: O&M Management Engineer

Job Description
- Responsible for delivery management of managed services, i.e. progress, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for network transition，including team establishment, O&M regulation and processes establishment, O&M tools deployment, etc.
- Responsible for O&M management of customer network, including fault management, monitoring management change management, ã€build and improve network contingency plan, and responsible for KPI/SLA.
- Responsible for business transformation of managed service, improve network quality and reduce delivery cost.
- Responsible for finance management of managed services.
- Responsible for customer relationship maintenance, and regular communication with customer in order to resolve network problems.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above, in EE, telecommunications or computer science;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in telecommunications, and familiar with O&M management model of operators, or management and operation model of managed services vendor; familiar with wireless O&M;
- Experienced at project management, and possess PMP certificate is preferred.
- Experienced at finance management, team management, quality management and internal control management, etc;
- Strong sense of responsibility, and high spirits in respecting work, and can work under pressure and in multi-culture environment, frequent travel or work overseas.
- Good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills, teamwork, and good coordination and organizing skills.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.
