Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• They require a Head of Operations who will coordinate the activities of the internal business structure and also collaborate with the ICT team and Product Manager to ensure the customers are served properly.
• The prospective candidate must be knowledgeable in BankOne Core banking application.

Responsibilities

• Managing all IT solutions.
• Creating strategies with senior management.
• Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.
• Implementing effective processes and standards.
• Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention.
• Overseeing compliance with regulations
• Reporting on operational progress.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / MSc qualification
• You must have 5 years of experience in Operations in a banking sector
• You must be familiar with the Bank One Core Banking Application
• You must have strong communication skills
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Suite
• You must be thrilled by the vision of The and hungry to make it a success story in Nigeria
• You have experience in the startup environment or in digital financial services
• You have experience in SQL and other database management software.

Salary

• N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
