Job Title: Field Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We need Filed Marketers, who will be responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers
• Prospecting, targeted marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential and existing customers to encourage purchases and patronage.
• Generating leads for sales representatives
• Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities
• Support various other marketing projects as needed.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or related discipline.
• 1+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing
• Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget while aligning tactical plans with team/company strategies
• A strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices
• Able to market to a range of customers using a wide variety of offers and delivery mechanisms
• Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing a strategy.
• Brilliant written and oral communication.
• You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment.
• You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 + Commission on sales.
