Pharmacies are the most visited space in healthcare in frontier markets like Nigeria; however, they are constrained by challenges around fake medicines, poor data collection and limited holistic care services.

Lifestores has developed a pharmaceutical marketplace called OGApharmacy to help pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics manage their inventory more efficiently, enjoy group purchase discounts, access loans, and better serve their patients. Lifestores also owns a mass-market network of pharmacies. The company is led by a combination of pharmacists and professionals with experience in general management, consulting, and technology. We are supported by an international network of investors and advisors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • The Key Account Manager's responsibilities will include managing procurement for Lifestores,
  • Driving pharmaceutical digital distribution sales with large hospital and pharmacy chain key accounts
  • Identifying and prioritizing potential customers to approach
  • Convincing key decision-makers to purchase medications from OGA pharmacy
  • Securing orders from new customers
  • Providing ongoing support to existing customers
  • Ensuring a high degree of satisfaction to all customers
  • Collaborating with other commercial team members and other departments as needed to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and servicing of customers’ needs
  • Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it as appropriate with other departments to drive improvements in the OGA pharmacy service offering
  • Providing required inputs for reporting and leading monthly planning for relevant accounts
  • Driving the growth of any new OGA pharmacy service offerings
