Job Description

• We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Senior Product Manager for the Digital Conversion Program.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Interested candidates should have 5 years of experience in the banking sector
• 5+ years of building scalable & high audience engagement/retention-based consumer-facing products in emerging markets;
• Prior experience building mobile-first Neobanks and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance);
• Prior experience working on AI projects and should possess AI skills including
• Knowledge in Programming languages (python, R, java)
• Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills;
• Creative problem solver mindset with a data-driven and KPI-oriented approach using such tools as SQL, Python and Excel
• Hungry to stay up to date with regards to latest developments in the Nigerian FinTech and regulatory landscape;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Salary
N15,000 - N250,000 / Month.
