Job Title: Female Financial Sales Lead

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Lead a team of financial sales Team to achieve sales Goals.
• Plan and implement sales strategy in line with business objective to meet sales quota.
• Source for new customer while maintaining the old ones.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / M.Sc in Banking and Finance or any Business-related Program.
• Minimum of 8 years relevance work experience in Financial Lending (Microfinance) is a Must.
• Must posses the ability to Negotiate with Prospect and maintain Relationships.
• Must have good communication and corresponding skill.
• Must Possess Good Leadership skill.
• The ideal candidate should have core sound experience in sales in a lending institution.

Salary
N300,000 monthly (Open to upward negotiation)
