Job Description

- We’re on the lookout for an experienced People Consultant who will provide a full generalist HR support to the relevant business unit(s), including recruitment, performance
- management, training and development, IR and general HR administration and reporting.
Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Effective recruitment, selection, and on-boarding
- Effective management of the performance management system
- Effective coordination of training and development within the business unit(s)
- Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
- Effective administration, data management and reporting
- Effective teamwork and self-management
Requirements
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should:
- HR Degree / Higher Diploma in HR
- 3 - 4 years of Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG
