Sylken Pharmacy & Supermart - We are an indigenous company in Nigeria, delivering quality products, household equipment groceries and drugs to our esteemed customers in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Locations: Apapa and Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Our ideal candidate must possess an HND or B.Sc / B.A Degree qualification in any discipline.
• 1 - 5 years work experience.
• He or She must be an energetic man or woman, one who will play a role in growing the company’s revenue.
• He or She shall be responsible for organizing and coordinating schedules, and supervise sales assistants.
• Ability to track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory quality goods, making inventory stock and reorder when necessary.
• He/she should be persuasive and goal-oriented, ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, have a good communication skill and be excellent on customer service.

Salary & Condition of Work
Salary and terms of work are fair with Health Insurance.
