Job Title: Audit Manager (Deputy)

Job Description
- As a result of on-going structuring in our firm of Auditors, there exits vacancy for the position of Deputy Audit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead Audit Team on assignments.
- Routine Statutory Audit of companies in different sectors of the economy and Donor funded projects.
- Plan, deliver and report on all audit and consulting assignments in line with Clients deliverable /timelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal control procedures for Clients.
- Handle and Implement Process Restructuring and Reorganization for clients.
- Prepare contract winning proposals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A university degree in any field with a minimum of second class upper degree.
- Be a Chartered Accountant and member of ICAN.
- Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification (ACA) external audit experience in a Medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants.
- A sound practical understanding of IFRS is VERY fundamental to scaling through to the next stage of our selection process.
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Have been leading Audit of large Manufacturing Companies/Commerce and Public Sector organizations/Donor Assisted Projects in the last three years.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (MsWord, Excel, Powerpoint) and any one of accounting packages such as SUN, Peachtree, Tally etc.
- Be full of initiatives and a self starter.
