Job Summary
- We are is looking for ambitious and professional hostess to welcome her customers.
- In this position, the hostess will uplift the dining experience for customers.
- We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ascertains guest dining needs.
- Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
- Manage reservation chart
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Diploma / HND in any field of study.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist or hostess obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good physical abilities
- Personality and Persevering abilities
- Active listening, effective communication skills with great team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts
