Job Description
- Agree scope of projects with the Business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of all projects.
- Set up regular calls with various stakeholders involved in the implemenation of projects.
- Ensures all projects are completed on time and withing budget, meeting the initial project's objective.
- Keep track track of all deliverables and provide timely progress report
- Review project schedule with CTM and other stakeholders that will be affected by the project activities, revise schedules as required
- Responsible to drive and lead the delivery of all projects in the country working closely with GTO Engineers and Builders to ensure Strategic solutions meet local regulatory requirements , business needs and strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a 2nd Class degree in a relevant course
- Good level of understanding of technology Infrastructure Services including: Data center; infrastructure hardware and software; IT security; disaster recovery; telecommunications and networking; and desktop.
- Strong knowledge of Banks end to end systems
- Knowledge on Data Centre operations and facility management
- Strong business management skills (entrepreneurship), with demonstrable track record in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Application Services including: Application development; configuration management and integration services.
- Knowledge of Shared Services including: Enterprise release management; technology business management; and IT compliance and risk management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem assessment skills
- Results driven with strategic qualities and a strong will to achieve business objectives
- High degree of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to work within a multi function, multi culture, multi discipline team environment with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage, mentor and motivate performance in others
