Lawyer (Remote) at PCS1 Services Limited

PCS One is a new professional services firm going through a phase of very rapid growth. We are led by lawyers with backgrounds at the UK’s leading law firms. We undertake contract negotiation and processing for some of the world’s leading funds in their deal-making and fund-raising. We primarily support funds with negotiating non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, supplier agreements and privacy work (including data processing agreements and privacy policies).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lawyer

What we are looking for

• Qualified lawyers who have experience negotiating NDAs (essential), engagement letters (including supplier agreements) and general commercial and corporate experience.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Law firm training, commercial and corporate experience, NDA and general contractual negotiation.

What we offer

• Salary: 1,000 - 2,500 Pounds Monthly.
• We offer very competitive pay and we are open to considering both employees and contractors for both full-time and part-time roles.
• Fully remote role, so we are open to applicants from any jurisdiction.
