Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Ogba - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

• The associates will be responsible for achieving customer sales and service goals by connecting current and prospective individual and MSME customers to the bank’s value-adding products and services that includes but not limited to deposit accounts, payments products, personal and business loans, business planning.
• The associates will be responsible for Customer Relationship Management to assure retention and growth of the customers businesses with the bank by helping customers to be successful through understanding of their needs and matching with the bank’s solutions.

Requirements

• Have B.Sc/HND qualification in any discipline
• Have minimum of two years’ experience selling financial services as Insurance Agents or Bank Direct Sales Agents (DSA) with demonstrable performance track record in selling to small businesses.
• Have proven experience prioritizing and handling multiple customer relationships at the same time.
• Be Self-driven, articulate, highly motivated, passionate, ambitious, tenacious, and creative.
• Be ready to work collaboratively with partners across the bank to fully optimize meeting the needs of the business customer to accelerate income and growth.
• Resides within Ikeja/Ogba/Ojodu/Ifako/Iju/Ketu/Ojota axis.
