Job Title: Regional Activation and Channel Execution Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of the channel picture of success for each category across the regions
- Continuously review the effectiveness of our In-store activities and provide timely feedback to make improvements
- Manage channel merchandising operations and ensure delivery of KPIs by merchandising agency across the regions
- Manage and optimise channel visibility & POSM execution spend
- Lead and deliver sales drivers execution by channel/category for the region
- Coach and support sales reps. and merchandisers to ensure excellent and consistent execution across all channels/ retail environments within the regions.
Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements
Qualifications:
- First Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, many of these to be in Sales or Marketing and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs,
- Experience in Channel/ Shopper marketing and Field Sales management
- Demonstrated success in a number of current and previous roles.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to inspire colleagues and associates.
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Sales drivers and channel execution
- Good knowledge of operations planning and execution management
- Working knowledge of project/ activities tracking and monitoring
- Working knowledge of Field Sales and Distributor Management
- Appreciable knowledge of channel/shopper trends
- Appreciable knowledge of the FMCGs/ CPGs business environment.
