Job Title: Customer Experience and Sales Lead
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to retain and maximize existing clientele while attracting new customers for increased revenue generation
- Manage the team to achieve organisation’s sales goals
- Build a customer-friendly culture to improve customer experience and drive loyalty
- Create social media campaign strategies for weekly execution.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Must be honest and dependable
- Must have impressive customer service skills and be well experienced in that regard
- Must have experience managing a team
- Great sales skill is important
- Ability to teach and impact a team -must be civil and have great communication skills
- Ability to use basic Ms. Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must
- Should be able to use social media, create content and drive social engagement.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
