We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).
• Schedule in-house educational sessions using the company's LMS(Eduvix)
• Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions for the learning process.
• Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources.
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Qualifications / Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
• Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts with technology.
