Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Objective
- We are looking for talented people with a passion for quality customer experience to join our team for an exciting tenured journey.
- As a CS Agent, Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and/or solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.
Responsibilities
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Manage large number of incoming calls.
- Make verification calls.
- Generate sales lead.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
- Meet customer service team sales targets and calls handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- 0 - 1 year work experience
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Typing speed
- Interpersonal skills, and
- Overall knowledge of customer service.
