Strategic Outsourcing Limited - Our client, an active player in the Nigeria building construction industry, who engage in the sales of construction finishing products - granite, marble & tiles – to private and commercial building constructions projects, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with architects and construction companies, with the following daily responsibilities:

  • Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.
  • Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers
  • Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum OND Holder
  • Minimum of five years proven experience in sales and marketing in building construction sector (experience in marketing tiles or paints or other building materials direct to projects)
  • Should have a database of construction companies & architects previously networked.
  • Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Remuneration
N100,000 - N200,000 / month (negotiable) + 5% commission on sales (upon meeting set targets).
