Salad Ville is a healthy food manufacturing company that makes pre-packaged foods for corporate organizations, distribution to supermarkets and direct sales to customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

• The accountant is responsible for all financial transactions; and providing timely reports on the business health and financial status.

Job Description

• Ensures all company related financial transactions are accurately recorded, documented and are always up to date.
• Manages each department's budget to ensure that all requests for purchases are ratified and fall within budgeted expense for that category.
• Obtains approvals for non-budgetary expenses and raises purchase orders for suppliers.
• Ensures that all supplier invoices are accurate in stating actual items/ quantities that were supplied.
• Periodic audit of store to ensure that physical stock at hand matches with stock on the system.
• Update all customer and vendor accounts on the system and performs account reconciliation with them to ensure all parties are in agreement.
• Provides daily summary reports on all sales and purchase activities.
• Oversees daily office and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
