About the Role
- We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative, who will work as an on-the-ground executive to build, retain and grow profitable relationships with pharmacy outlets in line with our growth objectives.
Job Description
- Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Provide product information and deliver product demonstrations
- Evaluate customers’ skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management
- Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
Requirements and Skills
- BSc Degree in Science or in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Experience working with CRM.
