We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• B.Sc in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related course
• Second Class Upper, minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Masters Degree.
• Minimum of 15 years experience (5 year as head QS units in an A grade contruction company).
• NIQS (Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) Certified
• QSRBN (Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria)
• PMP / PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
