We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Product & Project team to shape ideas, narrow down problems and support the development process of our products.
• Amplify the company's culture within your team.
• Help your team to deliver features aligned with the technical standards and company vision.
• Mentor team members, 1:1s, career development.
• Get your hands dirty and lead by example.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience with our tech stack (ReactJs, Java, NodeJs, PHP, AWS).
• Great english (written & spoken) and excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience.
• Good people management skills.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience building CICD pipelines.
• Experience building android and iOS apps is an advantage.
• Project management skills.
