Job Description

• We are looking for qualified and motivated Farm Assistants to spear-head initial farming of a 149-hectare farmland in Gwagwalada Area Council, FCT, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day work that needs to be done on the farm, under the guidance of the Farm Supervisor or Farm Manager.
• Planting of crops.
• Spraying pesticides and herbicides.
• Applying fertilizer.
• Managing irrigation.
• Harvesting & storage of crops.

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school education.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Hard working
• Detail oriented
• Honest and ethical.
• A passion for farming.
• Farming experience preferred.

Remuneration

• The salary is highly competitive with productivity and profit-sharing incentives.
