Job Description
- The ideal candidate must be an effective team leader who can co-ordinate Technical Sales Representatives (TSR) toward achieving set business goals. This is expected to be achieved through passion for success and strong drive at all times.
Duties
- Design and implement national business plan and market penetration.
- Establish coverage plan for Technical Sales Representative.
- Develop and ensure realization of priorities.
- Design robust promotional activities in consultation with the TSR.
- Design national and regional sales plan quarterly and annually.
- Prepare and submit monthly report.
- Ensure that customer’s data base (profile) is created, maintained and periodically updated.
- Keep abreast of market intelligence information.
- To advice management on current market trend, needs and emerging competitors and competing products.
- Have direct supervision of field sales representative.
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with the warehouse manager with regards to inventory status at all time and advice management promptly and appropriately.
- Work and supervise TSR to ensure prudent expense management.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, veterinary medicine etc.
- Minimum of 5 years sales/marketing experience in marketing veterinary products or Fast Moving Consumer Product.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent computer skills Ms Word, Ms excel, power point.
- Valid driving license
