Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Creating and processing invoices.
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expense to ensure accuracy.
• Managing a company's account payable and receivable.
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.

Competencies / Skills / Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Finance / Accounting related fields
• 3 years work experience in related function
• Strong numeracy
• Use of software is an added advantage.
