Psyntech Limited - Our client, a leading provider of infrastructure-based Telecommunications, ISP & IP Telephony/TV, and other Information Technology services in Nigeria, requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced candidates for urgent employment in Lagos and Port-Harcourt. Client is undergoing rapid growth and now requires the role of Account Manager to be filled urgently.

Job Title: Account Manager / Sales Analyst

Locations:
Lagos and Port-Harcourt

Job Descriptions
  • Perform face to face and telephone selling and any required product promotional activities.
  • Achieve a sales target as set by management.
  • Identify, maintain and develop sales opportunities for all products offered by the company.
  • Identify and develop prospective customers to increase revenue sources
  • Be part of the team analysing, reviewing and implementing the business vision of the company as it pertains to marketing and sales strategy.
  • Provide business analyses of competitive products and solutions in the market.
  • Provide regular sales reports and periodic sales forecasts.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to the Business Development Manager.
  • Assist in preparing paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Give presentations, attend meetings handle enquiries and generally be the company's interface to the customer.
  • Organize and manage workload.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Requirements
Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree/ Higher National Diploma from a reputable Institution with a minimum of second class lower (2.2)/Upper Credit.
  • Age: Must be between 23-28 years
Relevant Experience:
  • 2-4 years' experience in Sales and Account Management. (experience in telecoms industry will be an advantage).
Skills:
  • Excellent Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Key Account Management techniques.
  • Good Knowledge of Telecoms Industry.
  • Good knowledge of contemporary sales process management.
  • Excellent communications(written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Marketing skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Personal Traits:
  • Must be assertive, Confident, result oriented and have a winning personality.
  • Must be Target driven and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good team player with the ability to motivate others.
