Job Title: Human Resources - Performance Management Specialist

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Work Mode: On-site

Job Summary

  • An intermediate level Performance Management Specialist with experience managing the performance management life cycle end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Key Result Areas

  • End-to-end management of the performance management cycle.
  • Supervises monthly performance review and provides performance feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Monthly performance reporting.
  • Measure performance against set objectives.
  • Onboard new hires on the performance management system
  • Drive performance culture and build confidence in the performance management system.
  • Support related programs like talent management, leadership development, succession planning and compensation and benefits
  • Manages all performance-related grievances, appeals and the Performance Improvement Plan.
  • Advice the business on best performance management policies.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and other related field.
  • Strong Analytical and Excel skills.
  • Sound knowledge of KPI development.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong relational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the balanced scorecard model.
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly
