Job Position: Call Center Training Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring that call center agents provide the kind of service that builds high levels of customer satisfaction.
- By coaching and training both new recruits and experienced agents, the manager would help call centers meet their most important goals: improving productivity, reducing operating expenses, retaining customers, generating incremental revenue, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
- The training manager would also be responsible for training call center agents on telecom products.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a training manager in the telecommunications industry.
- HND / Degree qualification required.
