Job Title: Customer Service / Billing Officer
Location: Okota / Festac, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a hospital
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Candidate should be available to resume immediately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
- Candidates should have experience in customer service and billing, preferably in a hospital.
