Sloovi is one unified brand that offers multiple SaaS solutions for brands of all sizes to give you a walkthrough of us. We have launched three ultimate products recently; Sloovi Email Signature, Sloovi Outreach, and Sloovi Feedback. We are in the process of launching two more products soon. Sloovi Email Signature is a no-design and no-code platform. We have a plethora of readily available templates uploaded to the tool. The users can edit the signatures and use them for free.

Sloovi Outreach is a sales engagement platform where users can upload and manage hundreds of leads, set up automated cold email campaigns, nurture them with inbuilt call and SMS features and track them with reports. Sloovi Feedback is a simple tool built to collect feedback from users. It is a handy widget that can be easily added to any product or website.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

  • This is a pivotal role to be one of the first employees of an exciting mission-driven DaaS/SaaS-based company. We’re looking for an ambitious manager who will become obsessed with helping nurture our customers and being their champion both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
What you will do:

  • Make customer happiness your mission at All time design - managing all inbound customer communications, customer insights, and testing
  • Be the voice of the customer, understand them inside-out, so that these insights can help shape All time design as it grows
  • Be analytical, to understand and report on customer activity
  • Responding to escalated customer support issues.
  • Using your skills as a smart communicator, you’ll work with our customers to solve problems and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Be our customers ’Hero` helping and educating them on the benefits of All time design
  • Nurture and grow relationships with our customers, to ensure they all have the optimal experience when choosing All time design
  • Help to grow the Customer Support Team.

About You

  • You thrive in a mission-driven environment and want a key role in an exciting startup
  • You have a minimum of 2 years plus experience working in a customer support role
  • You have experience working with customer support platforms and tools
  • You have great experience in writing emails and talking directly to customers (web and phone)
  • You have experience managing social channels and conversations online
  • You have a high capacity to get things done quickly to an impeccable standard
  • You can coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You enjoy a lot of variety in your daily and weekly objectives
  • You have strong organizational, writing, and numerical skills
  • You are a confident and persuasive communicator.
