We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Batch & Furnance Supervisor
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- To ensure constant quality services in the section by liaising with the crew leaders on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with the Manager in setting Furnace Operations standards and ensure they are kept.
- To also ensure that the Batching Operations standards are maintained according to specifications.
- To train and upgrade the operational knowledge of the subordinates.
- To identify the weakness and potentials of the subordinates for optimal results.
- To liaise closely with the crew leaders on the shift in ensuring constant quality services.
- To liaise closely and monitor the services of the Maintenance Department on breakdowns and do a follow up on jobs done.
- To maintain good housekeeping daily.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or Glass Technology.
- At least 5 years work experience.
