Role Overview

• Our client is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer, that will be responsible for managing interaction with customers, and ensuring the overall efficiency of production with respect to their expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
• Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for consultations with the Creative Director.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
• Promptly raise caution when issues relating to pre or post-sales are identified to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Review and analyze customer feedback and create strategies to meet their needs and facilitate improvement on services.
• Assist with consultations to identify customer’s needs and outfit specifications.
• Work closely with the designer during fitting sessions and confirm that outfits meet the customer’s specifications.
• Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sales or any other related field.
• 2 years experience in customer experience, sales/experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office package.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
