We are recruiting to fill the below position:
Job Title: System Administrator / IT Manager
Location: Abuja
Division: Technology and Innovations Division
Sub-division: System Integration and Networking
Reports to: Head of Division, Technology & Innovation Division
Main Function
- The advancement of service deployment in information communication technology and systems’ automation as well as business development
Role and Task Complexities
System Administration:
- Ensure systems/ servers are always up, running and backed up;
- Ensure 24/7 service availability of mobile media content and infrastructures;
- Ensure that all Service Level Agreements are in place and adhered to by technical services team to the business;
- Conduct on-going reviews of and changes to network and other hardware facilities with little negative impact on the user community;
- Implement IT tools and management infrastructure as approved by Management;
- Identify and implement necessary technology changes or upgrades;
- Mentor and train ICT support staff.
Web Application Development:
- To develop Web-based Applications for internal and external clients
- To maintain existing applications for internal and external clients
- Ensure comprehensive digital branding and online publicity of DCP on all social networking sites;
Graphic Designing:
- To create design solutions that has a high visual impact. The role involves interpreting and understanding the internal and external clients’ needs before making design decisions.
- Creativity (Improvement/ Innovation inherent)
- Effectively re-engineer existing processes to reflect ideal consultancy industry standards.
- Significantly upgrade technological performance in line with the overall company strategy.
