They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Librarian

Location: Ogun

Duties and Responsibilities

• To develop and manage learning spaces 
• Plan, Budget, & Manage Financial Resources 
• Manage and Mentor Staff
• Ensuring that the University's progammes in Library & Information Sciences are of high quality and effectively delivered. Be in excellent physical and mental health.

Requirements for the Candidate

• The candidate for the post of Librarian must possess a minimum of second class upper Degree, Masters in Library Science (MLS) and PhD from a recognized University, with at least Ten (10) years relevant post-qualification experience in an institution of higher learning.

The candidate is also expected to:

• Not be below the rank of Deputy Librarian, who has spent at least four (4) years on the post
• Have considerable number of scholarly publications in reputable journals
• Be a member of the following:
  • Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria
  • Nigeria Library Association
• Be computer literate and proficient in relevant computer applications as applicable to the running of a complex and modern University Library.

Terms and Conditions of Service

• The terms and conditions of service shall be similar to those of the private and public universities in Nigeria.
