Job Description

• Demonstrate exemplary leadership with little or no supervision, to develop, motivate and deploy academic and non-academic staff to secure the best possible use of available talent, and also in producing disciplined and self-reliant students equipped for future leadership in all spheres of life.
• He/She provides academic and professional leadership in executing the broad policies laid down by the School for the advancement of the objectives of the School.
• Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school, and policies for their implementation.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a University graduate with first degree, preferably B.Ed or its equivalent, from a reputable tertiary institution.
• A Second Degree, preferably M.Ed will be an added advantage.
• I.G.C.S.E experience and qualification will also be an added advantage.
• Minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience, several of which must have been at leadership levels in an International school.
