Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles
- Receive and attend to client or visitors
- Ensure the front office orderly and ready for business daily
- Receieve office correspondence
- Keep an updated register of correspondence receieved.
- Receives, checks, sort and forward emails to appropraite departments
- Assist in the preparationof quotation/PFI request coming from Sales managers and client;
- Sending quotations to clients or Sales manager in charge
- Maintaining of quotation files afterpayment is confirmed
- Working with the sales support officer for sales order preparation.
- Receive materials coming from Warehouse
- Stock/inventory taking of the office store.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of OND in any business related field
- Professional certification in secretarial, customer service or office management course is an added advantage
- 0-2 years of working experience will be an added advantage.
Core & Soft Skills:
- Ability to use office machines
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, microsoft word
- Well spoken and presentable
- Good communication skills
- Organised and self motivated.
Salary
N60,000 - N75,000 / month.
