We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles

• Preparing of quotations from clients and sales managers.
• Preparing of sales orders coming from the Front desk
• Sending the sales order to warehouse after various officers must have signed.
• Preparing of invoice once message is received from the factory that the order is ready to be delivered.
• Filling of delivery notes received from the factory after the goods have been delivered.
• Filling of receipt of payments from clients.
• Ability to pitch sales to prospective customers or clients
• Ability to upsell to achieve more sales to hit sales target.
• Receive and attend to client or visitors making products enquiry
• Any other assignment as may be assigned by the fin.controller or the AdminManager.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Minimum of OND in any Business related field
• Professional certification in sales or marketing course is an added advantage
• 0 - 2 years of working experience in a sales related field will be an added advantage

Core & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in the use of Excel, microsoft word and outlook
• Well spoken and presentable
• Good writing and communication skills
• Organised and self motivated

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
