Job Summary
The purpose of this role is:

• To generate new business ideas and devise strategies for acquiring new clients
• To generate income in line with the set target of the company
• Effectively manage business relationships between the company and its clients ensuring excellent service delivery.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Market and sell appropriate loan products to prospects
• Consult with clients on loan products that are suitable for their needs
• Respond to clients’ questions and requests
• Build a strong and long-term relationship with clients
• Establish a network of referrals
• Ability to create a sales and marketing strategies for new client
• Keep proper records of all client transactions, and mandates and log key conversations with clients from time to time.
• Respond to clients’ questions and requests
• Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
• Assisting management in identifying viable markets
• Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
• Demonstrating product features to customers.
• Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is an advantage
• 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Effective communication interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent networking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
