Responsibilities
- Proven successful track record of delivering growth.
- Provide strategic direction for the overall operations of various sales units to achieve business plans.
- Monitor and achieve sales budget.
- Recruit and retain target achieving sales force.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Social Science, Engineering or any other related field.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 20 years cognate experience in professional selling, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking and/or Telecommunications industry.
