Job Title: Head of Branch
Locations: Aba, Onitsha, Owerri and Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general branch operations
- Monitor efficient performance of marketing operations through branch staff
- Marketing of various health plans
- Monitor quality value report and ensure adherence to quality concepts in daily marketing operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and process specifications
- Co-ordinate clients’ meetings/presentations and monitoring of clients account on a regular basis
- Provide overall leadership, motivation and direction for marketing & branch staff
- Ability to work with computer programs
Requirements
- MBBS, B. Pharm or B.Sc in Nursing
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (Experience in Health Management Organisation will be an added advantage)
